Kim Le, MA, LPC, LCDC

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) based in the vibrant city of Houston, Texas. My academic journey includes earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Houston, followed by a Masters of Arts in Psychology from Houston Christian (Baptist) University. I ONLY provide counseling services via telehealth (video), ensuring convenient access to support from the comfort of your own space.

Committed to providing empathetic and effective counseling services, my specialties include crisis intervention, addiction, alcohol/drug abuse, depression, anxiety, stress, anger management, life transitions, and the unique challenges of parenthood. While I am particularly passionate about working with the AAPI (Asian American and Pacific Islander) population, valuing cultural sensitivity and tailored approaches to therapy, I am dedicated to helping individuals from all walks of life during times of crisis.

My therapeutic toolkit incorporates diverse approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. With a profound understanding of life transitions and the experiences of parenthood, I offer valuable insights and support to individuals navigating these significant phases of life.

If you're seeking a dedicated and experienced counselor who specializes in crisis intervention, values cultural sensitivity, and understands the unique needs of various communities, I'm here to help.

Although I specialize in a variety of areas, I will not be your best choice of therapist if you are dealing with divorce, custody, grief, Autistic spectrum, personality disorders, LGBT issues or in need of psychological evaluations. However, I will be happy to provide you with referrals if you are in need of them.
